Our company is looking for a skilled Web Developer to join us innovative and ever-growing team. The ideal candidate for this position is a detailed, organized self-starter with experience and passion for building engaging digital experiences from concept to launch and has a passion for marketing and can incorporate strong design, B2B digital marketing best practices, and marketing technology expertise into their development projects. And equally important, you are willing to dive in to understand and solve problems.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
  • Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
  • Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
  • Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
  • Create and maintain software documentation.
  • Be responsible for maintain, expanding, and scaling sites.
  • Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
  • Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent.
  • Maintain and update website contents.
  • Build engaging and interactive web pages from PSDs that are optimized to be mobile responsive and SEO friendly.
  • Manage and execute all content updates.
  • Manage digital projects from scoping/requirements gathering, all the way through sign-off, QA, launch, and ongoing optimization.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the candidate needs to meet the following criteria:

  • 5+ years’ experience in front end web development with strong hand coding experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (JQuery), and responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap).
  • Experience managing and updating a portfolio of websites with frequent updates.
  • A strong eye for design and layout and web/mobile UI/UX.
  • Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Candidates must have a portfolio to share.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage various projects based on changing business requirements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.
  • Well organized with a strong attention to details.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or Engineering are desirable.

Business Development Manager

We are currently looking for passionate, experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of Business Development Manager (with IT Software Sales background, specifically in Websites and Mobile Apps) to join our team.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have strong communication, negotiation and sales skills.
  • Have a strong knowledge and experience in selling Web Solutions, Software Solutions and Mobile App Solutions.
  • Be a fast learner and an excellent team-player

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities by targeting clients in various industries/sectors, in the UAE, INDIA and any regions.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media etc.
  • Arrange and attend meetings/calls with the prospective clients/leads with a clear customized sales pitch.
  • Conduct presentations to educate clients and play a consultancy role in suggesting the ideal solutions to meet client’s requirements.
  • Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Liaise with the client and the technical team until the project gets completed and ensure a smooth functioning and successful completion of projects.
  • Provide after-sales support by solving ad-hoc issues of the client.
  • Conduct market research to identify new markets, new technologies and customer needs and add inputs to further expand the technological expertise of the Company.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets and contribute to expand the client portfolio of the Company.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Marketing / Business Management or any other related field
  • Proven work experience in IT Software Sales filed, specifically in Web Solutions, Software Solutions and Mobile App Solutions – minimum 3-6 years in the same capacity is a MUST.
  • Knowledge about the market/industry/new technologies is a MUST.
  • Sound business communication, negotiation and selling skills is a MUST
  • Should be ambitious, result oriented and energetic
  • Should have an outgoing personality with professional etiquettes.
  • Client Relationship Management Skills.
  • Proven track records in an IT Project Management role will be an added advantage.

Task & Activities

Data Sourcing and Management : - Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like ___,____,_____, of the decision maker of events from the HR and Management departments of Companies in the Business of Smartphones, Ecommerce ,IT Product etc etc etc etc ...

  • Maintaining the data base on the internal templates of the Organization
  • Tele-Calling to generate meetings
  • Spending 5 hours per day on calling up the decision makers of the target customer to get meetings for the sales team
  • Write emails professionally to share company profile or any information the prospective client seeks about the company
  • Being the communication bridge between the prospective client and the business Development team to ensure meeting details accuracy
  • Develop Selling Skills and Business Knowledge to grow into Business Development Manager
  • After completing setting up 15 meetings per month, Tele Marketing Executive shall accompany BDE for meetings.
